AMLAK introduces same-day finance on freehold properties

AMLAK Finance PJSC, property finance pioneer and innovator in Islamic finance, has launched an instant approval scheme that enables homeowners to 'walk in and walk out' with finance for their new home.

Mohammed Ali Al Hashimi, CEO, AMLAK.

Available for both UAE resident and non-residents, the same-day approval scheme will enable customers to finance up to 70 per cent of the property's value.

'AMLAK understands that waiting for approval for the finance of your dream home can be an anxious process,' said Mohammed Ali Al Hashimi, CEO, AMLAK. 'This is why for the first time in the UAE we have introduced the concept of same-day approval to enable our customers to literally 'walk in' to our branches and 'walk out' with the means to their new home.'

In order to obtain same-day approval for their property, customers must present all necessary documentation such as the property sale agreement, bank statements, copies of receipts paid to the developer, the financing application form and salary certificates. For those who are self-employed, the additional documents required include trade licenses, Chamber of Commerce registration, audited financial statements and tax returns where applicable.

Al Hashimi added: 'We are listening to our customers and meeting their needs. They wanted faster approvals with less red tape and this is what we are giving them. AMLAK is constantly looking to improve its level of service as we believe that, at the end of the day, this is what will make us stand out from our competitors.

'In the future, you will see us launching more products and schemes that offer added value to our customers whilst making home ownership a reality for even more people.'

This instant approval scheme is available at AMLAK branches located at Emaar Business Park on Sheikh Zayed Road and Gulf Towers in Oud Metha Road.
